Shutters look very nice

As my first new home purchase but my 3rd home to ever purchase, I have had many updates, projects, and 3rd party interactions over the past 12 years. this was easily the most satisfying, informative, professionally considerate, and hands-free project I have ever experienced. not only was every step provided with accuracy, consideration towards my home, me and my wife, and our dreams from improving our home, but the knowledge, history, and provided information for the shutter project install was without question the most seamless project from the initial contact with Nathan, sales rep. for Avalon Shutters, to the installers. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed and I even felt confident in my purchase and do not have the typical buyer's remorse after looking at the total cost. Avalon Shutters definitely built a trust with my wife & I that will be shared with anyone wanting to upgrade their living space. Exceptional experience - Avalon set the highest bar for quality, information availability, and project completion that is now the expected service for any and all business applications.

I was absolutely amazed at how well my new shutters fit given that one person arrives to measure and you have to trust that they did everything correctly. We had a few weird building issues that needed to be taken into consideration in order to get the shutters to work and I was worried until I saw how wonderful everything turned out after installation. Avalon Shutters were wonderful to work with and did an expert job with everything.

Can’t believe how efficient the whole process of getting these shutters was. From making the original appointment, to speaking with the representative who explained everything about the various shutters to installation of the shutters we were amazed at what a great job Avalon Shutters did. So surprised how quick the installation was. Don't think it was more than 20 minutes! Everything went very well and we love our new shutters. What a step up from curtains or blinds!
